How does the calendar file work? +
After payment via Stripe, you receive a .ics file by email automatically within minutes. Open it on your phone or computer and it imports every training session directly into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook — with reminders pre-set so your phone tells you when it's time to train.
Do I need equipment? +
No. The plan is built around whatever you told us you have — including nothing at all. If you selected bodyweight only, every single exercise uses just your body. If you have a gym or home weights, the plan uses those. Every exercise also shows an alternative in case you can't do the main movement.
I have a bad knee / back — is this safe for me? +
We automatically substitute high-impact exercises if you selected knee, back, hip, or joint issues — for example, replacing jump squats with regular squats, and burpees with mountain climbers. Do the jawline and neck exercises actually work? +
Facial muscle exercises — including mewing, jaw clenching, chin tucks, and neck resistance work — can strengthen and define the muscles around your jaw and neck over time. Research supports that consistent facial exercise improves muscle tone and reduces the appearance of a double chin. Results vary based on genetics, body fat, and consistency. Do not perform these exercises if you have TMJ disorder without consulting a professional first.
